Self-check is available with the key code access. The apartments are located on the 3rd floor of a historic townhouse without an elevator. General cleaning of the apartment takes place every 7 days of stay. Additional daily cleaning service is available on request and at an additional cost. Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Comodo y animado."

Ubicación, limpieza y estancia.

El anfitrión muy antipático. Muy escueto en sus respuestas y no ayuda para nada. No tiene ascensor. Todo el día, desde es restaurante de abajo, llegaba un olor a pan tostado u horneado. No era un gran problema pero si que era notable.

"Really spacious apartment in a great location."

Very easy. Code was sent through the day before and host quick to respond to allow us a slightly earlier check in as we arrived earlier than expected.

We couldn't work out how to turn the heating down and the room was really warm.

Appartamento molto spazioso e pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i confort. Posizione centrale in una via silenziosa e tranquilla. Comoda la procedura di self check-in e proprietario sempre reperibile e presente in chat. Consigliatissimo!

"Long weekend stay"

Very clean apartment that had everything needed for a long weekend stay with friends. Location is excellent and right in the heart of the old town but down a side street so not too much foot traffic going past. Shower has good pressure and is nice and hot. Communication with the property managers was first class and any issues or questions were handled quickly and professionally.

The beds are not the comfiest. Nothing terrible but could be better. While not much foot traffic sounds like cars, horses, church bells, bin collections were heard quite a lot. Nothing some ear plugs can't help with.
