Self-check is available with the key code access. The apartments are located on the 3rd floor of a historic townhouse without an elevator. General cleaning of the apartment takes place every 7 days of stay. Additional daily cleaning service is available on request and at an additional cost. Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Great location, with almost the entire city center within walking distance. The apartment is interesting, with a unique style, and feels original and cozy. Overall, the stay was comfortable and everything needed was provided. It would be even better if a washing machine were available.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and clearly need to be replaced, as they affected the quality of sleep. The apartment would also be much more convenient if a washing machine were available. In addition, it would be helpful if the listing clearly stated which floor the apartment is on, as climbing to the third floor can be difficult for elderly guests. If these points were addressed, the accommodation would deserve a rating of 10 out of 10; as it is, I would rate it 8.5–9.

"Excellent for a short stay."

Very helpful staff. There was a problem with a heater and a technician came and addressed the problem within half an hour. Next day the heater was acting up again and I was offered a choice of two other apartments in the same building. Both apartments I stayed at had very comfortable beds, reasonably equipped kitchens and nice views.

The sitting arrangements were extremely uncomfortable, folding IKEA chairs. That’s why I don’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Situé en plein centre de la vielle ville (à peine 5min à pied de la place principale) dans une rue calme, le logement est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu déposer notre valise avant l'heure prévue, ce qui nous à bien arrangé.

Easy access to multiple metro lines, plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Modern apartment in a period building with courtyard entrance.

The huge number of emails from the operator (not booking.com). Information was drip fed and it could have all come on one email.
