The apartment was beautiful. I could imagine to live there. Great location.

To get in it wasn't easy. Different gates/doors, different codes. In the garage we're struggling to find the escalator, there're only polish language on the doors.The apartment is well equipped but there was no for example kitchen towel , hand towel and bath floor towel.

The location was a massive plus

The apartment was not cleaned prior to us checking in.there is not enogh storage space, and the provided space held a carrycot, which took even more space the fridge was broken, and so were some of the fittings. There was no information about how to find the spa bit or where to dispose of the rubbish. There is no washing machine, which for a 10 day stay is problematic. There is a jacuzzi and sauna, but there were no robes provided.

Location is perfect. Swimming pool and sauna good. Apartment is stylish.

Personal don’t talk ENG, all communication happen through chat in written, with very slow reaction to answer. In garage we had an accident-somebody scratched our car and couldn’t start it anymore!-we wrote to apartment’ chat to ask help to identify the causer as our car was placed straight under security camera, but we didn’t receive any reaction and answer (also now, after 3 days!). No reaction from apartment personal and absolutely without proposal to help to find mobile auto service to fix problem with car! Absolutely negative experience!

We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the nice cabin and how clean the whole establishment was.

There was nothing wrong with the place. It was so wholesome
