Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony, na miejscu jest pralka, zmywarka, w pełni wyposarzona kuchnia i łazienka. Mieszkanie jest czyste i komfortowe. Znajduje się bardzo blisko morza, 20 minut spacerkiem po plaży do mola w Brzeźnie, w cichej okolicy. W pobliżu Żabka i restauracje. Dobra komunikacja do Centrum miasta.
