Szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel. Kedves tulajdonos, aki mindig gyorsan válaszolt az üzenetekre.

A világos színű sötétítő függöny miatt sajnos elég világos volt éjszaka és hajnalban. A ház melletti forgalmas út nagyon hangos, nyitott ablaknál nem tudtunk aludni.

Апартаменты на 3 этаже. Парковка во дворе. Рядом остановка трамвая, на котором удобно добраться до центра. В апартаментах есть основная бытовая техника.

Уборка квартиры проводится не качественно. Нужна генеральная уборка. Посуду пришлось перемывать. Посудомоечная машина решила бы эту проблему. Лейка в душевой кабине течет. Для уменьшения уличного шума, окна необходимо отрегулировать

"Összeségében nem rossz, de a nagyon jó nem ilyen !"

Nagyon jó komunikáció a házigazdával, a lakás tiszta volt, ingyenes parkolás biztositott, közel busz/villamos megálló !

Ár-érték arány ... szerintem túl van árazva ! 15-20% -al olcsóbbra becsülöm !
