Mieszkanie z możliwością zaparkowania w parkingu podziemnym w dosyć ładnej kameralnej okolicy na zamkniętym osiedlu. W oknach są rolety antywłamaniowe co poprawia komfort spania. Na plus wystarczająca ilość tabletek do zmywarki, ręcznik papierowy, podstawowe przyprawy i olej, podstawowa chemia do kuchni. dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Mieszkanie jest wystarczająco duże dla 4 osób. Większa liczba ręczników poprawia komfort pobytu.

Mieszkanie nie było dobrze posprzątane, lodówka śmierdziała i część półek na drzwiach była połamana, mieszkanie ma już swoje lata i wymaga trochę wkładu i pracy, ogólnie meble dosyć brudne- kanapa, fotele, zasłony i firany wymagają prania, zmywarka to koszmar - stara, brudna, zużyta z wypadającym koszem - wstyd taką zmywarkę mieć w wynajmowanym mieszkaniu, w czajniku kamień. Mieszkanie jest na parterze więc przechodzą obok niego ludzie idąc do klatki schodowej.
