BNWe liked that Security was tight/stringent (with access key cards) - It made us feel safe and secured. Check-in instructions were clear and very helpful - making it easy and hassle-free to enter the property as if returning home after a long day of travelling. The location was just above the Megamall so food/coffee, groceries, necessities and shopping was just a lift/elevator ride away. Beds and pillows were available in different softness/hardness - so it was just a few "switches" away from maximum comfort. The morning view of the pool was very refreshing. Fully air-conditioned was great for hot days. The comfortable sofa and Washing Machine were great plus-es.
Overall cleanliness could be improved.

Two of the beds were not satisfactory. Spring could not support body weight. No shampoo, washing powder or beverage (3 in 1) was provided. As we reached there very late at night, we couldn't buy any of it and had to wait until the next day.

Some small issue - shower floor trap not functioning well in one of the bathroom and one of the bidet hose leaks. The rest are ok.

The price stated on booking will have some extra to pay as the cleaning fee will be charge on your payment. The pool cannot be used as stated as facilities on booking.com. The pool only can be use for permanent residents but check in guest.
