Good location

Smelly, unhygienic, there’s no microwave, no pots or whatsoever to cook, the fridge is dirty, a lot of cockroaches, the toilet never been clean. the staff didnt know the differences between cleaning and tidy up room, no wifi, no tv channels

The lift so confusing. Need to label it, which lift didn’t have 3A floor button. Thanks.

Good location

Didn’t have toilet paper provide, didn’t have prepare wok or pan for cooking

Got washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, iron but no iron board, the fridge is working fine, double Aircon, access to parking, access to pool, wifi available, got water heater for shower and drinking, cupboard to place clothes, best pick up point for grabcar, well secured place to stay.

Very basic as a home studio. No toiletries and the sink at the kitchen area is smelly but after running the water to the side hole the smell slowly reduced, the queen bedsheet is old got twisted thread on the surface and so do the pillow sheets, the floor looks clean but my foot blackened after walking around, the lawn is unattended but wasn't really hanging out there during the stay, but the area is suitable for smoking area. Overall still acceptable for really nice price in the high end area. Hoping in future got microwave in exchange for no cooking stove.

location n cleanliness

the lift to n from car park to house is quite a walk. the toilet ceiling is in bad state n mouldiing with water drips. no kitchen utensils for a quick cooking. 2 of the 4 cups are broken so we have to take turn/share. the pillows n covers were not too hygienic, too soft n not comfortable to sleep on.
