Specious 2bedrooms,2toilets Matina Enclaves condo

Miss Leoniza (the host) was so friendly, meeting us to personally handed the key. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, both bedrooms were so comfy, and the bathroom was so clean. The kitchen was clean, and we can use all the kitchen utensils we needed.

The washing machine is not working good.à

It had just about everything we needed.

Larger cups (even cheap plastic) would have been nice. Paper towels would be helpful. The machine for the water jug doesn't actually make the water cold. The outlets for whatever reason were difficult to plug into (very tight, if I recall correctly).

We stayed in Davao for almost a month and tried several different condo apartments. This was the nicest, BY FAR. It is very spacious for a condo in the PI, and the quality of furnishings was impeccable, with top quality bedding, wooden closets, and best of all, two well fitted bathrooms with separated shower units. The development (Eco Land) is also nice, and safe. I wish I could have enjoyed this place more, but unfortunately I got sick and had to leave early to check into the hospital; my family stayed there by themselves for the remainder of our reservation. We had to replace some stained bedding and I appreciated the owner's reasonableness on that issue (it was our fault completely).

Eco Land is not in the center of town, so the area is a bit isolated in terms of shopping and attractions, especially in the immediate vicinity (kind of the flip side of being quiet/peaceful). Also the owner did not give access to cleaning equipment, we especially would have appreciated being able to use the washing machine considering the difficulty of finding a laundry nearby.
