"Short but sweet, will be back."

The staff are excellent and was run by an outstanding general manager. We actually had an earthquake while I was visiting and the professionalism and safety management was exemplary. Security all over to welcome you and make sure you are well taken care of.

The room was well equipped and the property was in a very central location.

When I walked into the unit, every electric appliance including the aircon and the fridge, was unplugged. I had to spend about fifteen minutes locating the plug points and plugging everything in which was inconvenient.

I like the amneties and how it was organized. It was clean also and instructions were really helpful.

Some staffs in the reception area are not that approachable and courteous.
