Volume of TV is not adequate. Speaker is detached from the tv. When I asked the caretaker on how to make it work, she said only the owner can make it work.

It was a great place, very fancy, very luxurious. Plus being a member means you get to use the pool or go to the beach any time you want.

It was so far away from anything, there was no possible way to order online. The restaurants inside are expensive. They also don't accept cash, which lead to some problems...

Nice to have the convenience of a shuttle to any location on the premises. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel and dinner at the cafe. The servers were polite and ready to respond to our requests. The beach was clean, There was a medical clinic at the hotel, which provided the necessary relief for our needs. The nurse was professional and helpful.

I did not expect to see so many people at the resort. I thought it was going to be much more private. But with a commercial enterprise, the idea of less rather than more people at an exclusive resort is no longer to be.

My family and I had a great time in Pico de Loro. It has amazing views and facilities. We loved the pools and restaurants that were on-site. It is a nice private resort. Everything is within walking distance, but there are also shuttles that run very frequently. We look forward to going back soon!
