I enjoyed everything

clean semi double bed. cooking utensils okay. we enjoy the cold weather and the pool.

Couple Towels on the basket are dirty and smelly. Good thing we bring our own. linens, pillow and pillow cases in the extra bed and sofa bed are smelly and dirty. Its seems hindi nilabhan bago ipagamit. Its yucks! Ref needs a cleaning and the while Room/Apartment is smelly, sad you ask for extra charge for cleaning service/ materials

Clean and comfortable! Situated in the large Tagaytay Prime Residences & condotel building about 150 meters from the Tagaytay-Calamba road, the condo has a kitchen with refrigerator, a shower room, a comfort room, a sala with small dining area, a fold out couch bed in the sala, and a bedroom separated from the sala by a high (but open) divider. There's a nice, small, balcony off of the bedroom from which you can see other balconies, and the pool. We liked the kitchen water filter which produced fresh water from tap water in real time. Overall, this was a great space to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

The condo unit is somewhat far from the elevators, at the end of a long hallway. It's a bit of a stretch to say it accommodates six - three on the couch and three in the bed? There's parking (for a fee) on the 3rd floor.
