I liked the pool coz my daughter had a great time, however she was a bit dissappointed because we dont have any idea that monday is a general cleaning of swimming pool and shes already with her swimming attire so my 2year old daughter cried a lot coz she connot swim, i have to bring her in the nearest beach which is 2km away..but still we liked the pool coz she had a chance to enjoy it the next day before we left..

What i didnt like is the internet in our room, because its a bit slow and i think they are intentionally switching it off every night, in our 1st night while watching netflix with my wife around 8:30pm the connectin was cut so i have to call the staff in charge and she said she do something about it been waiting til morning nothing we left the place to go somewhere around 8am still no internet, when we got back around 6pm it was ok internet is there, at same time around 8:30pm again internet was gone until morning so i have to sleep coz nothing to do.. very dissapponted!

The staff were very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and courteous. The pool was always a great place to be.

Nothing that I didn't like, although more sporting facilities - table tennis or badminton would be beneficial

Security and stability

There is no reception for the customer, there is no general hygiene, and there are no services. The swimming pool is an hour a day at the time they want, not the customer. I pay an expensive amount a day for them to enjoy my day there. I leave before the end of the stay to enjoy

The condo is very nice

I'm retired and travel for a living The check-in was a nightmare as they didn't have us registered even though I paid in advance and had a confirmation number! We were given the wrong security code to get into our room plus the TV or internet didn't work. BOOKING.COM has a new policy of charging VAT as an extra charge even though this is ILLEGAL in the Philippines. I won't be returning to the resort or using booking.com again. Booking.com needs to learn to obey laws of the country they do business in and they need a customer email for feedback unless they don't want to hear from their customers. Unbelievable
