Check-in process. Communication with the host. Unclear instruction and wrong location.

Near Terminal 3 and church. Might be near the shopping area but has not utilized it since we were just there for a night. Would have loved to experience the foot bridge to the terminal but it was raining, do we took the grab instead

Not enough amenities. Bed and beddings had seen its time.

avise de que llegabamos a las 14:00 y tuve que estar esperqndo 1.30h en la recepción a que vinieran a darme las llaves, ademas no contestan a los mensajes ni por booking ni por whataspp. por otro lado, es muy ruidos la habitación y la calle tiene mucho tráfico

The location was not correct - so we ended up at the other Palm Tree Villas across the road. It took more than an hour of trying to connect to concierge internet and people ringing around to find the lady with the keys. I was so tired and upset by that point. But once we got to the room, it was fine.

It’s convenient and accessible. Via runway manila. It’s a complete house if u can call it compared to a hotel. Washing machines, kitchen, free jag of water. Oven, refrigerator, electric fan aside from the box type airconditioner, kitchenware. Soap and shampoos.

No free tea or coffee. Just that 🫰
