the property is near the airport (Terminal 3), just walking distance using a bridge (Runway). I like also that the place is near to convenient stores.

Netflix is not available.

I was moved to another room as the one booked had airconditioning problem. Location was good.

The maintenance staff was late in handing over the keys. I had to wait more than 1 hour at the lobby, with repeated calls to the owner before finally being handed over with keys. The room which i was moved to was noisy aa there were renovations on some room adjacent to the unit. I was jetlagged and repeatedly woke up due to the noise.

Valentine's Day style reception.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to us, as several people have already written here. We arrived in the evening, someone called to say there was a room change because the air conditioning was broken (sounds like a lie, because it was like that for the first time here), at the reception there was check-in, then we were shown a room COMPLETELY different than the one in the reservation. I believe that this is taking advantage of the fact that people come for one night after a long journey and do not have the strength to "fight" for their rights.
