Boutique Apartment Perenne

Great location, the host is extremely friendly and even left us some wine and fruit on arrival. The house was super cosy and perfect for our weekend stay! We will definitely be back next time we are in Maastricht!

We had a lovely stay at Pierre’s beautiful old town house! We especially liked the location of the house (quiet backyard with a small Café, which gives cosy background noises). Pierre was very welcoming and a terrific host! The terrace is perfect for warmer days. We wished we could have stayed longer!

the host was great and waited for us at the door and helped us with luggage (thats the only negative—the living room and kitchen are not on the ground, but on the 1st floor, and the bedroom is another staircase up—but thats how the most typical houses are built, so we knew what to expect :) ). Otherwise, the apartment is cosy with good heating even on cold days, and the location is great and quiet. thank you for opportunity to stay in center of Maastricht and feel like home :)

Location was excellent, the place was well cleaned, and they even provided fruit and ventilators for the unexpected Dutch heat those days :) definitely recommend this place !

Nothing really, only comment is that there are 2 stairs, hard for disabled individuals or carrying heavy luggage.
