Exceptionally quiet despite being on one of main streets - as soon as you close the windows it is absolutely quiet, and even with open-windows this street isn't as loud as it might look. Has a ton of space, a terrace, washer+dryer, full kitchen, comfy shower and beds. Despite all the funny/weird (but mostly manageable) "negatives" below - I would still rate it around 9.0 of 10, and would happily stay there again (maybe not in the summertime though).

Most of the time the block is closed for foreign cars, so you can not drive directly to the place, but you can temporarily stop behind the corner to drop-off luggage if you have spare hands. Then you can drive your car into a nice paid underground parking garage (8 minutes of walking from car to apartment door). Narrow stairway 2 floors upwards with suitcases is a good exercise for strength and balance, but older/weaker travelers would require assistance to get their luggage upstairs. Ground floor is a mobile store, 1st floor is another apartment, 2nd floor is your main living room (air conditioned), 3rd floor are your bedrooms (no air conditioning - too-warm in the summer, windows not helping much, cools off by 2-3am, tried aiming a fan from 2nd floor upwards to push cold air there - helped insignificantly). Hallway light has motion sensors which cannot be turned off, so anyone walking to a bathroom at night - triggers it to illuminate both floors with bright light. Also, most of the time (not every time) - the LED lights in different room tend to start stroboscoping/blinking (sometimes takes patience+skill to get normal/steady light). All bedroom windows are center-pivot roof windows - I would've advised the top-hinged roof windows (let more fresh air, better views, not consuming indoor space while opened, more rain-friendly, etc). We also had to explicitly call the host's cell-phone to get the door code 30min before our late-evening arrival - hosts are very communicative, very helpful and immediately responsive (just were not pro-active to share the code in advance).

The property is in the heart of Tiel town which is a plus point

too narrow staircase. We were on a business trip so had very big suitcases and had struggled to pick them up to the 2nd floor. But if you are travelling without large suitcases, it is a perfect place to stay. A home away from home.
