The location is excellent. It’s really close to the Christmas markets and shopping streets. The bedrooms are lovely and big. The beds are comfortable. It was lovely and warm. Great communication from owner.

It was quite noisy at night so ear plugs are recommended. The shower isn’t great. It overflows easily.

Tried to cancel after reading the awful reviews about how dirty it is. I was not allowed. Was NEVER once contacted about how to get into the property!!!! Booked a hotel.

Beliggenheten var fin.

Det luktet kloakk, det var ikke rent. Dusjen var falleferdig og sprakk når mannen min dusjet. Det virket som det var mugg og råte på badet. Sengene var helt forferdelig. Vi forlot leiligheten etter en natt da dusjen måtte skiftes ut og sengene var grusomme. Vi hadde ikke klart å bo der med den lukten uansett. Vi fikk vite om vannlekkasje i taket på badet dagen vi ankom, men det var ikke det største problemet. Dette er absolutt ikke en firestjerners leilighet og booking.com bør sørge for at leiligheter er merket med riktig stjerner.

La ubicación. Muy céntrico.

Comunicación tarde. Llamamos dos veces y nos atendieron mal. Entrada difícil de encontrar. Las camas de matrimonio con adredones sencillos y de verano. La calefacción muy floja. Pasamos frío. Baño pequeño y mal oliente. Resumen, muy poco recomendable.

The location was very good.

Hard to find the apartment and check in, not helped by the address on booking.com being different to the one sent with checking in details. When we called to ask why our code didnt work the agent was rude and hung up on us. Only found it with help of licals. And its on 3rd floor with no lift, so no suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Apartment in itself ok.
