Layout was perfect, spacious, warm and clean. Close to everything.

Very comfortable beds, spacious with enough room for 2 adults and 3 kids to spread out. 2 bathrooms was great. Central location with good food options very close by. Having 2 carparks was great too!

The property was spacious and clean. All necessary items provided.

There were numerous charges that were not mentioned prior to booking. For instance, there was a cleaning fee during the stay of around $176, and a slight fee of about $150 for early or late check-in, even if it was only by 1-2 hours. Additionally, a refundable bond of $300 was taken unnecessarily, and there was also a $32 charge for potential wear and tear, the occurrence of which was uncertain. Obtaining the access keys from a different location and returning them afterward was quite a hassle. Furthermore, there were many rules to follow during the stay. While families typically do not cause issues for others, there were still a significant number of rules in place.
