"Great location disappointing service!"

Great location and upstairs is comfortable.

The Owner lied about giving me an invoice and I have still never received one (this was a work trip!) Really unprofessional service. Downstairs is freezing cold in winter, a tiny fan heater is all you get. There was only one towel each which is such bad service when you need a shower, to wash your hair and a spa one towel is not enough.

The property is in such a great location. Just a short stroll into Nelson which was just fantastic. Ashleigh was amazing. So friendly and helpful.

As has been mentioned before downstairs is a little cold BUT it warmed up quickly with the doors closed and the heater on. The driveway is a little tight for turning but not a major as it was nice to have decent parking. Over all it’s a lovely place to stay and I enjoyed the view from upstairs.

Really clean, great amenities. Perfect for an adult family group. Spa was great, we took extra towels with us after reading other reviews. Would definitely book again.

Downstairs really cold despite supplied fan heaters in bedrooms. BBQ wouldn’t ignite, spent ages cleaning the drip trays and jets (we have the same Weber at home) which was a bit of a shame.

The property internally and externally was beautifully designed and furnished, it was very clean and had all the modern comforts. The location had convenient access to town.
