House is clean, all necessities is complete and very comfortable. Easy parking lot connected near to the unit.

Tv - no options for netflix etc. need to bring own hdmi/laptop

"Perfect location to stay if you are visiting Borneo"

Great location with a lot of restaurants nearby and grocery, swimming pool and gym in the building. Good service from the staff, quick replies.

Cleaning could be improved, as well as some small services such as soap availability in the toilets: there were a lot of soap bottles all almost empty. (The host, although super reactive and always available, gave us the wrong access code so we had to wait for them outside, but just a minor thing)

The accommodation is much above our expectations, same as the photos description with well equipped facilities, nice beds, well maintained furnitures and cleanliness. amenities floor is fully equipped as well, guest could enjoy the community well during the stay.
