"Cicho, czysto i wygodnie"

Jest bardzo cicho, można spać przy otwartym oknie, dla osób wrażliwych na hałas to jest idealne miejsce. Lokalizacja w centrum, ale daleko od ulicy. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Sprawna pralka i zmywarka. Wygodny prysznic, nie przepuszcza wody na zewnątrz, jest wystarczająco duży, słuchawka i deszczownica idealnie spełniają swoją funkcję. W pokoju jest przyjemne oświetlenie podsufitowe. Balkon jest duży ze stolikiem i krzesłami. Łóżko jest wygodne. W bloku są szerokie schody i winda.

Słaby dźwięk telewizora, przez co nie dało się słuchać muzyki. Moim zdaniem nietypowy ekspres do kawy, niestety bez instrukcji obsługi. Jednak te wady mogą być nieistotne w porównaniu z zaletami.
