Great apartment close to the town centre and salt mine

Very good place, near to the supermarket. Walking distance to the Salt Mine

Once I've felt some strange smell near the sink. I think this is because the sewerage is not isolated well enough.

Nice and cozy apartment located in a quiet street close to Wieliczka center. Single plate electric stove and kitchenette equipped well enough to prepare basic meals. Room was clean, bathroom very small but fine. Wi-fi working well. No problem with parking space. Self check-in and check-out with keys in key lock box.

Room felt too cold, room thermometer showing 19-20 degrees, no heating adjustment possible. Poor TV channel choice and quality.

This facility has three apartments, but I did not know which of these I will be given the keys to until the check-in. If you choose this facility, be prepared to pay the hidden fees for towels (one per person) and cleaning (85 PLN), which appear when you are making a payment. Most weird is the fact that the actual cleaning was not provided during the stay, by the pretext that “we are not entering the apartment while the guests are in”. This is the first time I paid for a service that was not provided.

Nicely decorated studio. Tiny place suitable for a couple or maybe a couple with 1 child.

I reserved a place for 4 adults based on description and pictures. The owner rents several apartments in the building. When we arrived at 10pm the key safe had keys to the studio with double bed and fold our arm chair.. No enough space for 4 people, not enough bedding, not enough towels .. There was no answer on the provided phone number. UPDATE: After posting a review describing the situation, owner's response was totally inappropriate and rude, accusing me of taking the keys to the wrong apartment - even though there was only single set of keys in the lock box, and failing to contact him about the situation despite the fact that I did call the provided number and got no answer.

Very good location. Free parking. Not so hot flat during hot days (direct sun only early in the morning). There even was an electric fan. Comfortable main bed. There was a small sofa in the kitchen.

One bedroom apartment says it has two double beds - that's not true. There is one bed and one sofa, which is really uncomfortable for two people (we stayed 4 people). Recycle bin contained some left trash, there was a sweater left by someone. Together comes a feeling that it was not cleaned after previous guests.
