1. The key collection from the lock box at the premise is quite convenient 2. Water pressure in bath room is reasonably good 3. Homestay location is quite near to Bentong town

1. There was no early information about the change of Homestay unit until the arrival day. The actual unit is "Bukit Indah Homestay" as opposed to "Bentong Makmur Homestay" 2. The homestay is not kept in clean condition. A lot of dust on the table & floor 3. The auto-gate cannot be shut off due to power failure & cannot shut off manually either (Security risk) 4. The entrance door handle is broken 5. The living hall air-conditioner is not working 6. Wifi is not working
