The kitchen

We stayed in the apartment on the 19th floor and had a beautiful ocean view. The reception staff were fantastic with whatever we needed as was the housekeeping staff. Everyone was very professional. Also, we enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.

The apartment could use a paint job and new flooring. Also, a microwave oven should be available for use.

The cleanliness, location & the comfort - feel like home

Room a bit small

The air conditioners, the bedrooms, more than 1 toilet papers.

The living room sofa is old and looks like never been cleaned, there’s no microwave, no coffee mugs only juice glasses, no small casserole to cook something, they only provide 1 frying pan. Would be good to have more than 1 plastic for the dustbin.

Very Spacious. Can fit up to 7 max in 1 apartment. Staff was very helpful too. Its exactly like the pictures

Only 1 bathroom. Maybe need instructions om how to use the kettle & stove.

Good location and very clean.

Please show video of the lift location during check in as there have 2 lifts (go to mall, another one is go to apartment). Lift very hot and limited lift in building. Need to be patient while waiting lift.
