Znakomita lokalizacja w samym sercu starego miasta.Wygodnie i funkcjonalnie urządzony apartament. Dodatkowym atutem jest parking udostępniony praktycznie tuż przy wejściu.

Dość hałasliwie zwłaszcza wieczorami,(ale coś za coś). Latem pewną niedogodnością może być brak klimatyzacji.

Atrašanās vieta bija laba, stāvvieta pagalmā, gulta ērta.

Sievai nepatika pati telpa jo tā atradās zem mājas , lodziņš bija mazs un atvērt varēja mazliet, viņai sākās baiļu sajūta. Ar personīgo internetu bija problēmas slikti uztvēra.
