Die Lage der Wohnung

Das man die Wohnung wenn Jahrmarkt ist mit dem Auto offiziell gar nicht erreichen kann und Herr Marek Zierke mit dem ich Email Kontakt hatte nicht sehr freundlich auf meine Beschwerden geantwortet hat. Quietschende Betten und Kosten weil wir die Wohnung am ersten Tag nicht mit dem Auto anfahren könnten,Essen gehen und Parkkosten .

"Apartmán bol skvelý, škoda tých problémov s vjazdom do zóny k parkovaniu o ktorých píšem."

Vyzdvihnutie kľúčov prebehlo bezkontaktne z bezpečnostnej schránky, na základe kódu. Fotografie izby zodpovedajú skutočnosti. Apartmán je výborne vybavený.

Na stránke Bookingu je adresa Grobla I, ale v skutočnosti sa apartmán nachádza o dve ulice vedľa na ulici Grobla III. Apartmán aj s parkovaním sa nachádza v mestskej pamiatkovej zóne, kde je značkami obmedzený vjazd vozidiel len s rezidentskými vstupmi, preto mi bez povolenia magistrátu mestskou políciou nebol umožnený vjazd do zóny. Vozidlo som musel odstaviť na platené parkovisko 7-10 zl/ hodinu a ísť si na parkovací úrad magistrátu vybaviť jednorázové povolenie na vjazd a výjazd vozidla. Adresa úradu: Wodopój 7, ( pozri foto), vystavenie je zdarma, ale po 15.00 hod. sa v pracovný deň už vybaviť nedá.

"Jak jsem psala co se mi nelíbilo, opravdu cely byt jiny nežna fotkách,"

Ubytování se mi líbila jen lokalita :)

Na bookingu dává jiné fotky bytu v nabídce než nakonec dostanete :) To je hodně velké minus

Нормальний ремонт, продуманий дизайн, все для приготування є.

Не було кави для капсульної машини) Не відрегульована вхідна дверка, великий зазор і коли хтось відчиняв двері на вході до будинку вона відзивалась туком, але то дрібниця. В цілому все нормально Можно оновити рушники
