Poloha ubytování, venkovní hřiště pro děti, parkování. Balkon, útulný exteriér.

Nepohodlné postele, opotřebené pružinové matrace, povolené baterie a kohoutky v koupelně, špatná zvuková izolace mezi byty. Slabě vybavena kuchyň. Chybějí nože a aspoň 1 pánev, která se neloupe. WiFi téměř bez signálu. Majitel ubytování na prosbu o doplnění kuchyňského náčiní nereagoval. Plynový sporák i trouba, nutné mít zapalovač pro troubu. Chybí mikrovlnka na ohřátí dětských jídel.
