Lokalizacja - ścisłe centrum, tuż przy dworcu PKP, przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe w zasięgu ręki, sklepy spożywcze, piekarnie i śniadaniownie w zasięgu ręki. Kontakt z właścicielem, podstawowe wyposażenie, które sprawdziłoby się także przy dłuższym pobycie. Nowe, szczelne okna - świetnie wyciszały (nie niwelowały) odgłosy tramwajów.

Niezależne od właściciela: zapach starej kamienicy (pomogło krótkie wietrzenie) oraz trudności w otwarciu balkonu. Pomimo płatności kartą, czyli w teorii prosta weryfikacja najemcy, konieczne było meldowanie się wraz z przesłaniem zdjęcia dowodu osobistego. Zbiegło się to w czasie z wyciekiem danych z booking.com, co budziło mój niepokój. Jednak kontakt z właścicielem wyjaśnił wątpliwości i dał możliwość spotkania w celu wykonania tych formalności
