Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko głównych atrakcji Kołobrzegu, sklepów, punktów gastronomicznych i restauracji. Apartament zgodny z opisem. Byliśmy w cztery osoby i miejsca było wytarczająco zarówno w sypialniach jak i w przestrzeni wspólnej. Wszystko sprawne, czysto i wygodnie. Byliśmy na początku kwietnia, więc dobrze, że było ogrzewanie. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Bezproblemowy kontakt.

Spodziewane i wliczone w ryzyko problemy z parkowaniem samochodu. Nam pomógł gospodarz :-), wic ich nie doświadczyliśmy.
