"To był kolejny nasz pobyt w tym budynku,ale pierwszy w tym apartamencie i zapewne wrócimy tu."

Lokalizacja świetna. Spacerkiem 10 minut do pod Gubałówkę czy na Krupówki, Apartament w sam raz dla małej rodziny jak nasza 2+1 . Miejsca parkingowe na zewnątrz budynku. po drugiej stronie ulicy płynie potok Bystra . W niedalekiej odległości Biedronka :D a dosłownie o rzut beretem( kilka minut spaceru) bar z pysznym a zarazem tanim jedzeniem. Obowiązuje cisza nocna i faktycznie było cicho w budynku po 22 . Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty. (brak zmywarki :P a w wiadomości od opiekuna by opróznić ją przed wyjazdem)

Balkon przy drzwiach wyjsciowych głównych , niezbyt zwróciłam na to uwagę a z zewnatrz można było prosto i szybko dostać się do apartamentu, okna z sypialni wychodzące na wewnętrzne patio-parking uniemożliwiaja korzystania ze światła dziennego bo mieszkający w bocznym skrzydle na wyższych pietrach, wszystko mieli podane jak na tacy co się dzieje w sypialni więc rolety musiały być cały czas zasunięte. Bardzo brakowało nam plastikowej miski ,by po trudach wędrówek wymoczyć zmęczone nogi.

Duży plus - lokalizacja.

Wyciszenie ścian - zerowe, odgłosy z klatki schodowej słychać jak przez megafon. "Buczenie" i "brzęczenie" rur instalacji wodnej myjących się sąsiadów o 5 rano to norma... korzystanie z prysznica o tej porze to nic złego, czego nie można powiedzieć o odgłosach instalacji w całym budynku.

Czystość, wyposażenie, blisko do centrum

Bardzo słaba dźwiękoszczelność. Słychać każdy dźwięk z klatki schodowej i sąsiadujących mieszkań.

Nie było to nie wygodne ale dostęp do pralki oraz zmywarki był by dobrym atutem

Clean, modern, near by center

I suggest up to date the information IN the apartman. We searched the wifi access, but there hang old information, so we needed to contact with owner. Simply was unconfortable.

"Good location and ok conditions."

The location was in walking distance to the city center. It was relatively easy to get to the ski lifts and basic shopping was close too.

when an equipment fails there is no chance to get it repaired without sacrificing your stay. If sth breaks you need to sit and wait for service to repair a broken dishwasher or choose to live without it for the rest of your stay.
