Lokal dobrze wyposażony, zgodnie z opisem. Może zdjęcia wyglądają bardziej luksusowo niż w rzeczywistości, ale nie ma znaczenia aż takiego. Duże przestrzeń, wygoda. Wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy były. Wygodne łóżka. Samo centrum, wszędzie blisko, dużo sklepów i restauracji wokoło, w tym gruzińska pod drzwiami. Koperta dla niepełnosprawnych 30m. od tylnego wyjścia.

Rezerwowałem ten lokal jako osoba niepełnosprawna. Dla mnie było wszystko ok, ale ktoś inny musi zwrócić uwagę na windę, bo jest bardzo ciasta. Mój wózek manualny ledwo się mieścił do windy. Wózek elektryczny mógłby mieć problemy. Przy rezerwacji lokalu trzeba się upewnić czy wózek zmieści się do windy. Po drugie w lokalu, w którym byliśmy, nie było szansy dostać się na wózku do toalety, ponieważ dwie szafy blokowały drzwi. Dla mnie nie był to akurat problem, ale ktoś inny gdyby musiał fizycznie wjechać wózkiem do toalety, to nie byłoby takie opcji. Nie wiem, jakie inne lokale. Frontowe wejście ma niestety schody. Winda przyschodowa byłaby wielką sprawą dla wózkowiczów i podbiła znacząco atrakcyjność dla osób jak ja.

Apartament usytuowany w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji, blisko do centrum, na Starówkę czy też na stadion, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Wygodne, duże łóżka.

Apartament wymagałby małego remontu i trochę lepszego wyposażenia.
