Kwatera dość wygodna pod kontem metrażu dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Niezbędny sprzęt ( zmywarka, pralka, deska i żelasko).

Bardzo blisko torów. Ciągłe trąbienie pociągów w dzień i w nocy. 650 m do wejścia na plażę. Nie przesadna czystość( pleśń na fugach w prysznicu, pomazanny sufit , pajęczyny w kątach). Brak wentylacji w łazięce.
