Lokalizacja, parking, cisza i spokój.

Niezależne od właścicieli i samego pokoju to panowie z budowy na przeciwko pracujący od 6 rano więc trochę brak intymności. Ale tak jak pisałem jest to niezależne od właścicieli.

Jakosc do Ceny bezplatny duzy parkimg samochodowy.stosunek jakosci do ceny. Przede wszystkim lolalizacja z centrum Gdyni.

Najbardziej to brak windy. Ale dla sportu warto byc na 3p.

Super lokalizacja oraz parking na drugiej stronie ulicy

Prysznic przecieka tak że efekt tego juz widoczny jest w kuchni, światło w salonie wydaje dźwięki podobne do zwarcia więc nie włączaliśmy, pralka nie działa caly czas wyświetla się jeden błąd (wg Google błąd drzwiczek), szafka w łazience uszkodzona. Gdyby powyższe rzeczy zostały naprawione to mogłabym wrócić I trzeba zaktualizować zdjęcie z widokiem z balkonu bo budynek na przeciwko jest prawie ukończony.
