The location of the apartment is excellent. It is about a 10-minute walk to the main street. The apartment is within easy walking distance of hiking trails. We were there in winter when there was snow, so the views were amazing.

Upon arrival, we had to wait for ~30 minutes on the street at the barrier to the hotel grounds because no one answered the phone. We were later able to enter the grounds when other hotel guests opened the barrier. The hotel description has an incorrect phone number. We only received the correct phone number from other guests, which we were able to use to finally call the hotel contact person, who arrived at the location after another 20 minutes. The apartment premises are very worn out. It seems that nothing has been renovated in decades.

I was waiting for 3 hours to get the keys. Multiple phone calls for different phone numbers. Terrible experience.

Great location; spacious accommodation; kitchen to use

Had to wait more than an hour for the representative of the host to arrive; He didn't give change to the cash amount we paid;1 toilet roll for 6 people and had to ask for more which didn't arrive anyway, good we had ours; had kitchen facilities but no sponge to wash; 1 car park only yet we came by 2 cars; just didn't have that special feeling
