The view from the window, if you don’t look at the parking, it's ok

Terrible service 1. I was surprised that they only accept cash, but still cannot give change 2. In my hotel room, on Friday evening, a piece of jewelry fell through a hole in the floor. The next day, Saturday, I wrote an SMS about it and asked for help getting it. There was no answer. The next day, Sunday, I called and asked someone to come with a vacuum cleaner and help me get it out. They promised me that they would come the next day on Monday. at 9.30 am The next day on Monday, no one came at the appointed time and I again asked for someone to come. because I was leaving in a couple of hours. But no one came or called back at third time 3. There was no tea, sugar, or salt 4. The frying pan turned out to be not intended for an induction cooker, and in the end we couldn’t fry anything

Perfect location, close to Gubalowka and Zakopane (5-10mins by car), also shops are nearby(500m). Beautiful view from the apartment and free private parking in front of the house.

The check in is a bit late (16:00), the rooms were not the cleanest.
