Old house with terrible electricity - if you run more than one appliance it will turn off electricity.

You have to pick up the keys in a restaurant and the staff of this restaurant asked us to wait 45 mins to have the key of the flat (because they had to much work to manage it) and they been horrible with us, no respect, very aggressive, etc... We didn't want to wait 45 mins so we asked them to call the manager, the staff didn't want call the manager for 10 mins, finally they call him and again he asked us to wait.. We said that it's not correct so the manager said us that he canceled the reservation. We wanted to wait a solution in the entrance of the restaurant close to the stairs, the staff asked us to move on a very agressive way. We contacted Booking to explained the problem and we booked an other flat. The manager lied to Booking and said that he never canceled it and everything was good and the problem it's just because we didn't wait few minutes. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, if you don't believe me, look at the other comments. We are still waiting the refund from booking, if we don't have it, we will have to make an official complain at the police station.

The location was right next to info center and pedestrian street.

It was a terrible experience for a family. Glad that we booked only one night. Till approximately 2-3am bass from a nearby club was vibrating walls (it was Friday night), also walls are pretty thin because we could hear guests in a neighbor's apartment... so we didn't get much sleep. Parking spot was in a dirty backyard - to get to it you need to literally drive through souvenir shop. Overall comfort was very low and everything that was new was cheap. As advertised parquet floor was at least 10yo laminate. I don't get why in the description there was mentioned quiet hours - it must be some kind of a joke.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing else :(

We booked a 3-bedroom apartment for 4 people. It was on purpose: grandma and aunt wanted to sleep in separate rooms. However, when we arrived, we were told that we had only paid for 2 rooms, so the 3rd room would not be cleaned for us. This was not true. On booking.com it says: 3 bedroom apartment for 4 people. The rooms were filthy everywhere - we didn't really understand why we had to wait 2 hours for cleaning before they let us into the apartment. Parking was also a disaster... This place is not ok for a family at all...

There was no internet. Only after two says they reluctantly provided the code No tv Beds were extremely bad Breakfast was announced on booking for 20 zloty in reality they asked 50 zloty Only two small towels for a five day stay. This was a bad choice
