Заселение прошло легко, квартира снабжена всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Есть некоторые мелкие недостатки: часть мебели и техники немного устарела, временами ощущался запах из канализации. Но для короткого пребывания это не стало серьёзной проблемой. Месторасположение полностью компенсирует эти нюансы. Рекомендуем, особенно для тех, кто ищет жильё в центре города.

Very comfortable and nice appartment in the very center.

Location was good, they had facilities in the room for a group of 5 people, close by you will find grocery stores, tram stations, shopping malls. closer to old town. Checkin was quite comfortable and online assistance by renters were good as well.

I will not rate this place very high for the cleanliness, ease to stay etc. this is an old apartment in a shady building, it’s windows were not opening properly, one of the windows we tried to open almost came out since it was out of hinges. While opening refrigerator we needed to be careful else it was quite possible that the door would have come out. Sofa in the living space was dirty with a lot of spots all over. Same was the case with couch in the master bedroom. Toilet door the moment you will open will throw stinky smell, you need to keep it open for a while before you enter. Worst part is the picture on booking.com is collectively from various apartments. There is no such view or balcony in the apartment. You might end up booking due to the pictures and will get disappointed when you reach there. It was very difficult to search this place, since the address of property we booked and the address we were provided in the check in email were different.
