The location is very good, close to the university and to public transportation. The balcony is large and in shadow (important during hot days). Ground floor but not a big problem.

They are very serious about single occupancy: The bed consists of two connected single beds and one of the two had no bedsheets! Only one towel provided (not even a hand towel for the one occupant). The bed was not comfortable and the pillow was not good at all. The electricity plugs are very badly located for a new apartment. The instructions on how to check in came rather late and the original messages when booking were not in English.
