Avium Old Town Apartments

Súper bien ubicado, muy cerca de la plaza y a la vez muy tranquilo. El apartamento tenía de todo ( café, azúcar, te, utensilios de cocina….) y tuvieron varios detalles con nosotras ( galletitas y decoración de año nuevo). Personal muy atento, disponibles en todo momento. Lo recomendaría sin ninguna duda.

No hay nada negativo

Great comfortable and quiet apartment that’s just a short walk from the centre of the city. Lots of shops, bars and so on near by, also very close to a tram stop. The apartment was very clean with a very comfortable bed.

Nothing much really

Tutto: posizione strategica a un passo dal centro storico, stanza spaziosa pulita e luminosa. Con il gestore abbiamo avuto solo contatti telefonici, risposte in tempi brevi, gentile e disponibile

Solo un piccolissimo appunto, il primo giorno arrivando di notte non è stato semplicissimo capire come entrare nella stanza ma si è risolto tutto con una telefonata

Bardzo czysty pokoj sa wszystkie udogodnienia miejsce spokojne ,cisza ,poczestunek bardzo nam sie podobało

Wszystko przebiegło perfekcyjnie. Wspaniała lokalizacja, świetne warunki, czysto, przyjemnie i ciepło.

Niczego takiego nie jestem w stanie wskazać.

Posizione centralissima, comodo avere Starbucks che si affaccia nel cortiletto. Per essere un monolocale, lo spazio è ben distribuito ed è fornito di tutto.

Nulla da dire. Avrei solo preferito che la temperatura fosse un po' più alta, nonostante il termostato al massimo, comunque la notte abbiamo dovuto dormire con i maglioni addosso.

The location of the property is amazing. The building feels safe. It’s a quiet street in the city center. There is a Starbucks downstairs, a specialty coffee place next door, and a small store across the street. A tram stop is literally 2 mins away, and there’s a bunch of restaurants, cafes, and attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself is lovely and a good choice if traveling alone. It was a bit chilly, but the host quickly provided the remote to the AC (to get some hot air circulation) when asked.

The entrance to the apartment is through the shared balcony, which is not a problem in itself, but the windows face that direction, so one has to keep the blinds shut at all times for the people passing by not to see inside the apartment. Also, as I mentioned, it does get a bit chilly in the room, but again, this was resolved by the host. Kitchen appliances are a bit worn out (the non-stick pan could not be used due to the non-stick layer having deep scratches, I which is unsafe for one’s health). The pots were dirty, along with some plates and small spoons. Which is a bit odd considering that the apartment has a dishwasher. Also, if you are a big tea person, bring your own, as they only have black tea of not very good quality.

Wygodny, przytulny apartament. Gustowny wystrój.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bezpiecznie, wszystko co potrzebne było w apartamencie, dużo drobnych ale bardzo przydatnych rzeczy. Wszystko przemyślane i praktyczne. Bardzo polecam!! Mój nie pierwszy ale najlepszy wypad do Krakowa!
