Apartamenty Siklawa Krupówki

Very nice location in city center main street, view from window indescribable, should see that view. Apartments were very clean, all inventory was working fine.

We booked a two-night stay at Apartmenty Siklawa Krupówki but ended up leaving after just one night due to the appalling conditions. The apartment was nothing like what was advertised. Firstly, there was only one air conditioner in the living room, leaving the bedrooms unbearably hot. The sofa was in terrible condition, torn and stained, indicating a lack of cleanliness. The pull curtains barely shaded the rooms, contributing to the overall discomfort. Everything in the apartment seemed outdated, which further made us question the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. The balcony was also a disappointment. The wood was creaky and seemed unsafe to sit on. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude upon check-in, not giving us a moment to speak. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against staying here.

Amazing location and an amazing apartment. Host very polite and easy to deal with. Comfortable beds.

Toilet, seat was moving.

Breakfast not applicable. The location is perfect, once we could find it. Needs to be a clear message to park in the nearby area before trying to access the apartment.

Finding the apartment (is the only issue). It should clearly state "above the H&M store".

The property manager met us late and gave us the keys to the property. She was very friendly.
