Lack of cleanliness in the room, old dirty pans, dirty mattresses on children's beds, hair on towels, dishwashing cloths were not new

location is outstanding. Views are amazing. a lot of toys for our kid on the terrace, she was very happy with them

it was not very clean. dust everywhere, and sofa need cleaning

The apartments with "Mountain view" was on floor with terrace and some place of grass, so near our terrace were running some kind of guests kids and we needed to close curtains, because they were staring, employees were doing works-cutting the grass, so to sit in terrace with view and drink a coffee were not possible, because from the bottom apartment were dropping dust and hairs, because guests were cleaning. So finally no mountain view. Washing machine was "a plastic bowl" :) Soundproofing doesn't exist, we staid for 3 nights and all of them we were not able even to rest, because guest on top floor were screaming, jumping from the 6 am. Heating boiler was in bedroom and we turn off, because it worked loudly at night time. When i finally wrote to employee of apartments, got an answer, that they cannot influence guests. Still there were rules, but it seems it was not applicable, so everyone can do whatever they want. That was the worst stay during our trip through Europe. No view, no rest and environment was a bit old and didn't smell fresh. We paid 340 EUR for 3 nights with a dog and in compare, we were able to stay in a clean conditioned apartment in Berlin, not in some village with "curtains view".

Host doesn’t speak English , but with Google translate we managed to communicate quite well. Firewood for fireplace you need to provide yourself and that was pity as a tourist ,you might not know where to buy it.

Very good location, amazing view from terrace, Easy to reach shops, coffee shop, pastry shop, hiking routes and national parks. Chocholowski spa is 20 mins drive only, Zakopane 5 mins.

Unfortunately we had some bad experiences with the apartment. Two of the sunbeds on the terrace were torn and it's true we didn't spend hours on there in March, but still it is not a good experience. The vacuum cleaner's quality was not the best, it had difficulty sucking up things from the floor. The apartment was advertised with barbecue grill, however it was very dirty and rusty. For sure long time not used or cleaned, we could no use it. The couch in the living room is due for replacement. It was uncomfortable and worn.
