Please note that there is no reception in the building. Self check-in is in place and instructions will be sent via email 3 days prior to arrival or on the day of booking if booking done less than 3 days in advance. Personal check-in assistance is possible at surcharge of PLN 50 and PLN 100 after 22:00. Guests are advised to contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange personal assistance. The apartments are located on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor of buildings with no elevator. Full payment will be taken 3 days before arrival. Guests requiring an invoice should send the property all the necessary details in advance. The invoice will be sent via email on the check-out day. Public parking is available in the nearby area, no reservation is possible and guests pay for public parking in the parking yards. Private guarded parking is located in the Old Town for which reservation and advanced payment is needed. A surcharge of PLN 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours between 10 PM and midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
