Please note that there is no reception in the building. Self check-in is in place and instructions will be sent via email 3 days prior to arrival or on the day of booking if booking done less than 3 days in advance. Personal check-in assistance is possible at surcharge of PLN 50 and PLN 100 after 22:00. Guests are advised to contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange personal assistance. The apartments are located on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor of buildings with no elevator. Full payment will be taken 3 days before arrival. Guests requiring an invoice should send the property all the necessary details in advance. The invoice will be sent via email on the check-out day. Public parking is available in the nearby area, no reservation is possible and guests pay for public parking in the parking yards. Private guarded parking is located in the Old Town for which reservation and advanced payment is needed. A surcharge of PLN 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours between 10 PM and midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Passable"

The property is close to the old town.

There was nowhere to sit together, just a couple of seats in one bedroom. The kitchen wasn’t big enough to sit in. One bedroom didn’t have a mirror, the property is very dark and access is via a dark corridor in a mainly residential block, which we didn’t feel safe accessing alone.

"Not recommend (too expensive for the quality delivered)"

It is located in the heart of Warsaw old town.

Due to this location, there is no parking around the house, needed to leave the car further down. We booked two bedroom apartment and last minute we got to know we get a different flat. One ‘bedroom’ was above the living as mezzanine which was uncomfortable and if we knew that we wouldn’t have booked the place (it is impossible to use for tall people). The dishes were dirty. The inside apartment doors were opening very hard and would wake up everyone in the flat. The kitchen was super dark space and not comfortable. Wi-Fi was working very poorly especially comparing to local standards of fast internet. Check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am what is really not cool as normally places around would offer check in from 2pm and check out from 11am or 12pm. Washing machine is super old and barely working.

Mr. Darek, the owner, was by far the most hospitable, friendly, and helpful host we've ever met (and we do have a comparison as we travel a lot). The apartment exceeded our expectations for accommodation in a comparable price segment. It was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, and you couldn't think of a better location. The beds were comfortable, and soundproof windows came in handy. 😉 We will keep recommending this apartment to everyone. Thank you for making our stay in Warsaw so great!

"Excellent for the location, but be aware it is in an apartment block"

the location was amazing, right outside the old town

the bedding didn’t fit the bed, the pillows were really thin, the towels were incredibly thin also. We also had an issue with the neighbour playing very loud music at 11pm.
