Smile Apartments Center Kraków Old Town

We booked both the blue and gold apartment as we were travelling as a group of 4. They were next door to each other and had their own separate entrance. It was perfect. The apartment was very clean, modern and the location was great! Communication with Agata was also fantastic! I would definitely stay here again if I was in krakow!

It was so cosy, and clean, and it’s in a great location too. The bed is big and comfy, can’t fault the apartment at all.

Clean, homely, everything you needed. Nice style. Comfortable beds! Fab location and brilliant instructions for getting in.

Only thing was the hot water was a bit hit and miss for three showers and sometimes it would go between cold and hot, but other than it was fab!!!

Easy train ride from the airport to Krakow Grzegórzki, then less than a 5 minute walk. Directions to access the property were really easy to follow. Apartment was spotless with some lovely touches; fresh fruit and fresh flowers and a selection of teas and coffee. There were also ample toiletries, even cleansing lotion and cotton pads. It was very quiet in the apartment, we weren’t disturbed by anything. If you aren’t concerned about the couple of things below then I’d recommend a stay here.

Slight musty smell in bathroom, though it was spotless. We booked an apartment as I get up a couple of hours earlier than my husband, unfortunately the one bed apartment has glass panels on the doors so I couldn’t put the light on without disturbing his sleep. Not a problem if you’re not bothered about this of course! If you are bothered then maybe the superior apartment would help avoid this.

Beautiful place and very handy air conditioning 👌 very clean and it's great that there is a washing machine! I'll definitely stay there again Only 15 minutes walk from the main square
