Nothing to mention. A detail maybe to improve the quality of the towels and have a 3rd towel for feet. But thats not so important do I give a 10.

A very pleasant apartment, excellent location close to the main square, equipped with everything you need and clean. Very functional. The host was available for any questions and helped me with a lot of local information and took care of everything I asked for. A perfect apartment for a single person.

The pillows in the bed were very large, compared to normal, and I personally found them uncomfortable.

Very good experience for me! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well equipped. It is located near the centre of Krakow that can be achieved in 10 minutes by foot. It is well heated (I wore a t-shirt in the house despite the temperature out was -5°). The host was available for everything. I fully reccomend it!

The property representatives were very responsive and were able to easily accommodate my 22:00 arrival, as well as a couple of transit questions. After a long and tiring travel day, it was wonderful to be greeted (in person) and welcomed to this charming, comfortable flat. It appeared just like the photos. It was modern, very clean and had excellent access to the park, transit and old town. Unlike so many sterile rental flats, this one felt like a home away from home. The quiet building, combined with the comfy bed, invited a restful sleep. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking tools, the kitchen and bathroom sinks are outfitted with moveable faucet nozzles (nice feature), the shower pressure was just right and it was great to have a washing machine. This unit was on the second floor (no lift), but the winding staircase was wide enough to easily carry large bags. Wifi was reliable and strong.

Although the flat was thoughtfully decorated there were a few conveniences missing that would help a guest: kitchen towel/paper towels (to dry hands and for clean-up after cooking), a fresh kitchen sponge for new guests and a step-out mat for the shower.

Fantastic studio apartment, fully equipped and kitted to make your stay comfortable even with an AC wall unit with temperature control. Everything feels like brand new. There is a shop downstairs and this property is right in the heart of the city centre.

More towels would have been great except i didn't see where they were kept. Please note that its on the second floor and without a lift, it will suit more mobile folks but amazing property overall.
