За свою цену отличная квартира с бесплатной подземной парковкой и неплохим видом из окна .Рядом Метро ,Парк ,Кафешки и Магазинчики.Хороший балкон.В Квартире новый ремонт и все виды посуды ,бытовая техника и даже хотдожница.легко добраться до паркинга лифтом или с помощью подьездной лесницы без лишних манипуляций.Очень удобная двухспальная кровать в спальне.

Тяжело заселиться (нужно где то припарковать машину !),потом найти в большом жилом комплексе помещение охраны .забрать у охранника конверт с ключами (а он очень подозрительно отнесся к этому ) и потом выясняется что нужно обьехать район чтобы подьехать ко входу в паркинг-но нцжно сказать что хозяин был на связи и все подсказывал! Диван в зале для двоих неудобен.других минусов не обнаружено😊
