The location was super nice since it was right by the old town. Thats the only positive.

The host basically tried to steal the deposit money by not returning it without me having to "fight" for it. Had to send about 15 messages on booking.com, messages and call the host multiple times OVER a month to get my deposit money back. In the booking it says it will be returned within 14 days, which did NOT happen. The hosts made excuses for why they could not return the money. Seems to me like they wanted me to forget about the money eventually. Felt like they tried to scam me. The communication by the host was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Bedbugs were detected in our luggage by dogs at the airport after staying at this property. My friend even had a completely new suitcase which means it definitely was coming from this apartment. We booked the apartment for 4 people, but only one bed was made up. We had to dig through the closet to find bedsheets and find matching sets so we could make the sleeping sofa. Disappointing. Dirty bathroom, old furniture with visible damage. The apartment felt dirty in general. Summarized: Would NOT recommend staying here unless you want bedbugs or possibly be scammed by the hosts. Edit: the feedback once again proves you cannot stick up for your mistakes and are acting unprofessionally. My review is the truth and other people considering booking this place deserve to know our experience :)

Very close to the Old Town, less than 5min walk.

Smelly bathroom, not very clean overall, no toaster or coffee maker in the apartment, only one bedroom with a sleeper couch, a pullout bed (in the closet), and a double bed.

The unit is in a wonderful position…walking distance to everywhere. Bonus was the unit had a washing machine!

No airconditioning

The instructions to get in is confusing.

The apartment was quiet and in a great location.

The apartment was not very clean. There was an open tin of dog food left in a cupboard. There was basics missing like tea towels. This is the only booking.com apartment I have had to send a deposit for so I thought it would be spotless and there was an iron burn mark on the couch, the backing was coming off cushions and the wallpaper was peeling on the bathroom door. There has been no communication since I have returned home even though I have messaged them as I have not received my deposit back and have been home nearly a month.
