Apartament świetnie wyposażony i bardzo czysty. Miejsce parkingowe w parkingu podziemnym to dodatkowy atut. Lokalizacja nie mogła być lepsza. Kontakt z właścicielką bezproblemowy. Bistro w budynku to kolejny atut. Budynek nowy, pachnie świeżością. Blisko do Góry Parkowej i na deptak.

Materac jest wyjątkowo miękki (dla jednych to atut, ale dla mnie niekoniecznie), a dodatkowo zabezpieczony został pokryciem, które przy każdym ruchu szeleści. Z tego tytułu komfort spania był niestety dyskusyjny. Już lepiej byłoby położyć na materac zwykłą folię malarską z polietylenu, ona przynajmniej nie hałasuje przy odkształceniu, a daje ten sam efekt skutecznej ochrony materaca przed ewentualnym zabrudzeniem.
