"Decent place but too cold for me"

Apartment in old tenement building Balcony with view Everything what you need was on place, plates, cutlery, glasses, soap etc. close to tram free huge parking

was COLD, there is an electrical heater but i felt like it was not enough to warm this place up. i did not receive any information about how to enter the building. I needed to call the number stated on booking to reach someone to open a door for me and as i mentioned, it was cold during the time i was there. When i spoke to other guests, they said their room was warm, so maybe it was just my apartment.
